Hold Harmless Agreement

As a participant in the [Paso del Indio Restoration] , I release any all organizing entities and participating sponsors and co-sponsors, their agents, employees, officers and successors from all liability, claims or actions ;which I my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have or claim to have against any of them arising from any personal injuries or other claims connected therewith, whether known or unknown, or injuries to other persons or to property caused by or arising out of any actions I might take relating to my activities while participating in the above event.
Further, I the undersigned, also agree to indemnify, save, and hold harmless RGISC, its officials, employees, and agents, and all participating sponsors and cosponsors, from any and all claims or causes of action for injuries or damages caused by me, whether in whole or in part, as a result of my participation in this volunteer program.
If the participant is a minor, I, as a parent or guardian of the participant, further authorize RGISC and all participating sponsors and co-sponsors, and employees of this organizations to obtain emergency medical treatment for the participant, should an apparent need for this treatment arise.
I also will provide an EMERGENCY phone number to my child where I can be reached at all times should the need arise.
I have carefully read this and understand all its terms. I sign it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its legal consequences.

Additional Information

Tasks include:

  • Clearing of the trail
  • Cutting overhanging branches
  • Painting planters
  • Planting native plants

Recommended:

  • Outdoor work clothing with light colors, closed-toe shoes or boots, hat for sun protection
  • Please wear SPF and bug spray
  • Community service hours will be provided

NO AGE RESTRICTIONS! However, every child should be accompanied by an adult.
